Spelman College

Spelman College in Atlanta, a private, independent, liberal arts, historically Black college for women, was founded in 1881. Spelman College has at least three portfolio projects underway. They have a first year writing portfolio, a new Sophomore/Senior biology portfolio, and an Introduction to the Study of Religion portfolio.

San Francisco State University

SFSU
is a public, urban, multipurpose university that offers professional
and liberal arts undergraduate and
graduate education. It is one of twenty-three institutions in the
California State University (CSU)
system whose primary responsibility is superior teaching. While San
Francisco State University’s 7,000
full and part-time students are primarily from Northern California
and the Bay Area, the university
has an increasing national and international constituency. The student
body’s strength lies in its exceptionally diverse character

St. Olaf College

Founded in 1874, St. Olaf is a national liberal arts college of the
Evangelical Lutheran Church in America with world-class programs in
music and mathematics. We're also recognized for our innovative
approaches to undergraduate science education, our long-standing
engagement in global education and our commitment to environmental
sustainability.

LaGuardia Community College

So many students come from so many different places to study together at LaGuardia (over 160 different countries at last count) that we call ourselves "The World’s Community College." Kapi'olani Community College

On the slopes of Diamond Head, just minutes from Waikiki, this royal
namesake is home to the Culinary Institute of the Pacific and programs
in business, hospitality, health, legal education and arts and sciences.

Alverno College

Alverno College is a four-year, liberal arts, independent, Catholic college for women, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Chartered in 1887 by the School Sisters of St. Francis, the college offers weekday and alternative weekend undergraduate programs for women, and graduate programs for women and men. This nationally renowned institution is heralded as an innovative leader in pedagogy, and has received international acclaim as a pioneer in developing a measureable, outcome-focused curriculum in which the individual student can grow as a learner.

College of San Mateo

Founded in 1922, College of San Mateo is the largest and oldest of the three colleges in the San Mateo County Community College District and serves nearly 10,000 students each semester.

Today
CSM continues to offer students what it has considered so important
since its establishment: academic excellence and a very personal,
individualized education at an exceptional value.

Bowling Green State University

Bowling Green State University (BGSU) offers about 200 undergraduate
majors and programs, as well as graduate programs. The school has some
21,000 students; 90% come from Ohio. BGSU consists of seven
undergraduate colleges: Arts and Sciences, Business Administration,
Education and Human Development, Health and Human Services, Musical
Arts, Technology, and the regional BGSU Firelands in Huron, Ohio.
Established in 1910 to educate teachers, BGSU has not strayed far from
its original mission and is the fourteenth largest producer of teachers
in the nation.

George Mason University

The largest public institution in Virginia, George Mason University is a doctoral extensive institution with three campuses in Northern Virginia and over 29,000 students.
